- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $105hr for a lead technician and $75hr for a technician Computer Network Engineer is $150hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the size of a project we typically meet with a customer first to get a understanding of what they want. Once we have that we put together some pricing and options for what they are looking for. Next we would meet or phone call to narrow the scope of the project and confirm what hardware and services they want. At this point we can confirm and quantify hardware and labor pricing. Then when the customers ready to move forward we schedule them in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the Microsoft Partner program. Which allows us previews of software prior to release and their educational services for supporting and maintaining Windows based Systems.
