I offer fair and transparent pricing based on the scope of the job. I’m always happy to work with customers to find cost-effective solutions, and I offer discounts for multiple tasks completed in the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding exactly what the customer needs, either through messages, photos, or an in-person visit. Once I review the project, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. After approval, I schedule the job and complete the work efficiently while keeping everything clean and professional. Communication is key—I keep customers updated every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had the pleasure of working alongside a skilled kitchen carpenter for about four years. Before that, I gained valuable experience building houses and doing home improvement projects with a contractor in Long Island, NY. It's been a rewarding journey in the world of craftsmanship!
