FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide quotes that are free, fair, and firm. Is the scope of work or the goal changes we revisit and provide a fresh new quote that aligns with what your expectations are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner, I personally walk through the space and get to know the purpose of what you are trying to achieve. I take accurate measurements and input them into my proprietary software that calculates the amount of paint and time each individual space will need to complete. I personalize the quote with custom paint recommendations and photos to provide you memories of what it used to look like before the transformation - all conveniently located in the project proposal.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure to review their contractors license, their insurance (ask if they have first and third party fidelity bonds!), and ask them them clarifying questions if they use technical jargon. You always want to make sure that the person is hiring is legally able to work in the county you reside in, is properly insured to protect you and them, and that they have the knowledge to handle your specific situation.
