Hi, I’m Noelle — founder of Clarkson Enterprise Group — a firm I co-founded in 2018. I’m a licensed life coach with an NLP certification. My journey has never been a straight line. I started out with a Finance and Economics background, pivoted after major industry disruption, spent 17 years as a NYC educator and administrator, and then experienced a life-changing loss that reshaped everything I thought I was building toward. That’s when I returned to my business foundation and built Clarkson Enterprise Group, a disruptive innovation firm focused on helping both new businesses and established brands succeed using strategies that don’t conform to what’s already been done. We think outside of the box. Through working with clients, I kept seeing one consistent truth: The biggest thing holding people back wasn’t their talent — it was their mindset. That’s why I became a certified life coach. I coach using Backward Design: we start with your goal and work backward to create the habits, boundaries, mindset shifts, and execution plan to get you there. We disrupt what’s holding you back — and if it can’t be removed, we build a strategy so it no longer impacts you negatively.
