Our monthly management fee varies depending on the property, typically ranging from 8–10% per month. For leasing, we charge a one-time fee equal to half a month’s rent.

The first step is a discovery call. Once we complete the call and determine it’s a good fit for both sides, we move forward by scheduling an onsite appointment.
