Definitely the best experience Ive had with a landlord! He is super responsive (replies right away) and actually does things when you ask. We asked if we could get walls repainted and floors redone and he made it happen without pushbacks or delays. When the washer broke, he replaced immediately with a new one. He is very kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. Its clear that he actually cares about the space and about the people living in it. Highly recommend!!!
