Paul is a super property management agent to work with. Paul is very responsive, experienced and professional. I am very lucky to find him to manage our property, which largely frees me from all property maintenance and tenant coordination burden.

Our last management firm left with giving us a warning. We hired NGI Asset Management to help us get our HOA back on its feet. Paul helped us budget our Expenses and make all unit owners adhere to the by-laws. Even though he didn’t have too, he was able to create financials from past years. Paul and his team really helped us get out of a jam.
