My name is Cisco Rojas and I am Certified Property Manager. I've been in Real Estate for 15 years now with a background in managing coop units, multi family dwellings, and airbnb's. I also own and manage a Real Estate brokerage and investment company. My experiences in RE have helped investors and landlords ease the burden of managing the day to day operations, increasing profits and revenue and keeping expenses at a minimum.

As a first time home buyer I was in unfamiliar territory but I knew that I wanted a multi-family property for me to use as my primary residence as well as have tenants to help pay down the mortgage.
Not only did Francisco help me find the right 3-family for me and negotiate a great price, but he also helped find my quality tenants. The bonus is he now manages each unit of the property for me (with the exception of my own) on a monthly basis. The property management services I use include rent collection, tenant maintenance requests, and tracking monthly expenses just to name a few.
Francisco and the ZayMara group team are truly a one stop shop. I will be using him in the near future to help my find and property manage my next multi-family unit to purchase as I am looking to grow my portfolio.
