As a first time home buyer I was in unfamiliar territory but I knew that I wanted a multi-family property for me to use as my primary residence as well as have tenants to help pay down the mortgage.
Not only did Francisco help me find the right 3-family for me and negotiate a great price, but he also helped find my quality tenants. The bonus is he now manages each unit of the property for me (with the exception of my own) on a monthly basis. The property management services I use include rent collection, tenant maintenance requests, and tracking monthly expenses just to name a few.
Francisco and the ZayMara group team are truly a one stop shop. I will be using him in the near future to help my find and property manage my next multi-family unit to purchase as I am looking to grow my portfolio.
