I hired Mike because he was a local contractor and because I wanted a general contractor rather than a door installer or painter. My project involved replacing the interior doors in my co-op as well as installing a door on a room that did not currently have one. My building is more than 60 years old, and due to settling and aging the door frame was not square. I knew getting a door to fit properly was going to be a challenge. Mike was able get the doors installed quickly and professionally. He was careful to explain what he was doing for each door and why it needed to be done. He kept me informed throughout all phases of the project so I never had to wonder about the status of the job. He continued to be responsive after the job when I needed to follow up on minor issues with the new doors. I am very satisfied with Mike's work, and I will be using him again very soon as I didn't have the money to replace all the interior doors in one shot. I will also strongly consider using him when I'm ready to renovate my kitchen and bathroom in a few years.

Mike does excellent work .We would recommend him highly. He did a kitchen and 2 bathrooms for us He surpassed all our expectations He held true to his timeline and he is a perfectionist and knows what he is doing which is hard to find these days
