Bobby is so knowledgeable, professional, honest and very punctual. We were remote and yet I felt like he was right in my office working on my computer. He thoroughly diagnosed the problems, made sensible recommendations. Then worked very diligently to implement and complete the repairs. His price was very fair for the time he spent. I highly recommend him you wont be sorry.

Bobby was great & helped with both my phone & desktop & in the process he answered my questions & didn't make me feel bad about my lack of knowledge. He unlocked my phone & explained what happened so it won't be repeated. My desktop still needs more help from Bobby, but won't need a factory reset. So, next
time he can check it out & see why it runs
so slow & also hook up my speakers. I'm so glad to know that I can call him with questions & be available to fix any problems.
I totally trust him to be honest about what
the problem is & fix it for a fair price.

Finding this PRO was a life saver. He was the first to respond and give me the confidence that my issue was fixable and that replacing my old time baby was not ultimately necessary. I liked that all throughout the fixing process i was kept up to date in real time of what was being done and the results. I knew fairly soon the real diagnostic and the price options available to me. Honesty goes a long way and is always your best bet specially when it comes to computers. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Diagnosing problem with client over the phone with or without a remote connection to clients computer, then explaining the possible solutions and steps that can be taken to resolve the issue. When client is fully informed on problem and resolution the job gets done properly and as fast as it can be done.
