- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices will be discussed before the drone is launched or before a shutter is pressed. We just want to deliver the highest quality product for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thanking the customer for choosing us, asking about the day and time to confirm availability. Next we set expectations and ask questions about the experience. We take a deposit and shoot the event with payment after the event. We then process the date, make edits and corrections if necessary and deliver the final product in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shooting events for for the past 4 years, drone piloting for the past 2 years, online drone photography courses, in person photography and other real world photography experience.
