Maximo, Advance Appliances technician, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable.Communication with the company and the technician was very clear and timely.I did not have a problem, making an appointment around my schedule within a reasonable amount of time. Took 8 days for them to get there but they fixed the problem with my refrigerator. He replaced the plastic water valve because it was leaking. 2 min job.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They are rude, unaccountable, and untruthful.We had a tech come to fix our washer at 9:30am. When he got here, he said he could not do the job until our washer was accessible and we needed to pull it out from the wall. My husband was sleeping (after working until 4am) so I offered to go get him to pull the washer out to where he needed it. The tech said he was going to run around the corner to do a quick diagnostic and would be back in 15-20 minutes and hopefully wed have the washer accessible. I woke up my husband, who came down to unhook the washer and pull it out, but we werent sure how far forward he wanted us to pull it or if they wanted it fully out of the storage area (in which case hed still have to put it back to hook it up and test it), so my husband waited for the tech to come back, delaying going to work. Well, the tech never came back. I reached out to the company at 11:30 and again at 1 and instead of any sort of apology the company told me (over text, they would not call me back,) that it was my fault because the washer was not accessible. I sent him a picture and asked him repeatedly what was not accessible and did not get a clear answer (picture attached for reference). He said we had to move the washer forward. In hindsight, I shouldve pushed back from the beginning, its not reasonable to assume customers have the strength to move their large appliances like that. I was incredibly disheartened by how rude both the tech and the person I dealt with over text were. I think its reasonable to assume someones washer would be pushed back against a wall and unreasonable to expect little old ladies to move it for them (and this was a big muscular guy!) Now we have to start our entire warranty claim over setting us back over a month.
