Dominick is absolutely amazing! As a recent home owner, I had wall to wall carpeting in a finished basement, that looked as if it had been years since it was really cleaned. In addition, numerous stains were evident from pets. He was a miracle worker ! The entire carpet looks almost new. He did a beautiful job. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly. I have asked him back to do the flooring in my kitchen and bathrooms. I cant say enough about how great it was to work with him.

It looked like he was in a hurry, and cleaned the carpet very fast. But I was initially happy with the work. When the carpet dried, the next morning some spots came back (which were gone when the carpet was wet). I contacted him, and he said he will come back to clean those spots. He went back and forth with dates and finally said he will get back to me with a date as he got sick then, and I never heard anything from him. Looks like I wasted the money.

For anyone reading - The customer had multiple food and pet stains, all of which were removed during a deep cleaning. On rare occasions, some stains can wick back up as the carpet dries. The 3 spots that slightly reappeared were addressed and the customer is now fully satisfied.
