Quickly attended to the problem and the wasps are now completely gone.
I had a rodent issue for the last two years. I live in NYC public housing and they didn’t do much. I messaged New York Environmental LLC and we were able to set up something right away. He came out on time and made sure to close up holes housing didn’t want to fill or care to fill. He put down enough traps and helped us out so much. It’s been two weeks, and we found one dead mouse directly on one of the traps that were put down. Thank you so much again

Johvan responded quickly and arrived promptly at the time we made up. He walked around the house and gave us a free estimate for exterminating the mice. As soon as we agreed on a (very reasonable) price, he got straight to work closing up the holes and putting the traps out. He will return in 2 weeks to check up on the traps, and he guaranteed his work within 30 days. Ill post another review once everything is cleared. Thank you johvan!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspection! Inspection! Inspection! We don't start anything unless we do a full and thorough inspection. Once we come across the issue we communicate with our clients accordingly and begin our treatment process and explain how we can eradicate that pests in a safe matter for all of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m license and certified in 7A, 7F and 7C.
7A is based mostly on structural and homes as well as other facilities.
7F is usually for food and beverage or any time of food handling or warehouses or factory’s and restaurants.
7C is for termites and any other wood damaging insects. For homes and Commerical properties
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was raised in Brooklyn, I grew up with all kinds of pest in my area, I saw an opportunity to join an industry that takes pride in problem solving and safety. I love what I do !
