He was professional and friendly from the start, always responsive via text or phone call, prompt and arrived on time, extremely efficient, and overall went above and beyond to finish our home projects to our satisfaction. He had tips for our own DIY projects, offered to do small additional work without being asked, and was always willing to take on additional tasks when asked. At times, our house had children and a dog present and Rob was kid and pet friendly. The work he finished is superb and we could not be happier with the outcome! I would recommend him to all of my family and friends and am already considering what future projects we will hire him for.
