- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While planning to complete a project you should always consider two things first: laborer and material. Afterwards each company multiplies that for the percentage of profit they want to make. this percentage is based on many factors: difficulty of the project, how busy a contractor is, quality of work each of one of us does etc..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process working with me is starting work early and leaving late until the project is done. I be on the job site all the time to lead each project and answer any question regarding the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have a diploma to do my Job but as for now in 2024 I have 12 years of work experience and so far I have completed many trainings to work safer and better.
