The quality of work for small kitchen renovation in my mother's co-op was excellent. Only downside was an occasional drop in communication as to who was working that day or not able to show up. However, it all worked out in the end especially when Nico finished the last week of the project. I loved how he took pride in his work, cleaned the work area at the end of each day and made sure the last tasks were done by Christmas Eve. Before and after pics attached.

From beginning to end Abraham and his team were extremely professional and puntual with their work! Reasonable pricing and transparency with the labor and materials required which I really appreciated. Incredible vendors as well. It is not easy working with a board from a coop but this group was able to get everything done with minimal effort on my end. My space is beautiful and all my feedback was incorporated effortlessly!! Would definitely work with Renzi again in the future!!! Highly recommend 10/10.

I ended up going with someone else due to timing conflict, but Renzi’s home was very responsive, transparent with scope of work and clear communication would reach out to them for future work.

Would highly recommend Renzi's Home Improvements - Abe & his team rescued my kitchen renovation when my former contractor couldn't finish the project. Abe very quickly responded & assigned a great team to finish my kitchen renovation. Wilfredo & Juan showed up the next day & they completed my kitchen renovation - installing cabinets, new stove, microwave, plumbing, backsplash. The sink was moved to a different spot & they installed new piping. They were quick, prompt, very professional during the whole process. They also worked very clean & always left the site as clean as possible. We hit a couple of delays along the way when I had to re-order damaged cabinets, but they were very flexible & worked with the delayed schedule. Abe & his team went above & beyond what was needed. Am very happy that I found them !

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All first responders receive a discount. All discounts vary on the type of project at hand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give every customer a full scope of the work and procedures we take before we begin. I break down the entire project to keep the customer in the loop at every step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually used to teach a contractor course for individuals who wanted to get i to the business. I also have an MBA. The most important training/ education anyone can achieve is experience. I have over 20 years of experience and am confident in any project i take on.
