David responded very quickly and arranged a visit to see the plumbing issue that needed to be resolved and within 24 hours provided a quote. Once the quote came in, he was able to accomodate my schedule for the appointment to do the work and arrived on time and completed the job flawlessly. What I initially thought would be 2 simple tasks - an air conditioner installation and a leaky faucet repair - turned out to be much more complicated and required additional tools and troubleshooting. David was excellent. He arrived promptly, assessed both issues, and used his expertise to work through the challenges. Thanks to his efforts, the AC was installed just in time to beat the NY heat. He also identified that the leaky faucet was caused by a faulty pipe/spigot that will need to be replaced. I appreciate David's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to getting the job done right.

He let me know what needed to be done so that job could be done right and didn’t take advantage of me not being as knowledgeable as him very transparent and what he needed to done. Did the work quickly and allowed me to doublecheck while he was working. Overall, David will be my first call for any household tasks. I need done.
