The pro comes from a far off location and had traffic issues. Pro was very good in explaining and resolving other minor issues. That’s why updating the review. They are hard working team and worth the fee.

First time and won’t be my last these women did a great job, I finally felt like I could relax in my home. A bit pricey for the time since this women clean quickly but everything did look great. I will definitely keep in touch for future services.

Hired Alex on the recommendation from friends who also use her services and my only regret is not doing it sooner! She responded quick and scheduled a date right away and she was able to accommodate all needs with zero issues! when i walked through the door this evening after she had work i was blown away by how clean my home was and free of dust bunnies! i was so relieved and relaxed for the first time in ages!
highly recommend for working moms as there is just not enough hours in the day.
perks: alex provided all cleaning supplies, etc so i didn’t need to rush preparing to get anything - literally booked and she made it happen -fast response time -easy to deal with -transparent

Our prices are very competitive and we will also discuss if the customer is looking for a weekly 10% or biweekly 5% discount to it after the first time. Loyalty and compromise is very important to us as you can see but always providing the best result possible for our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To asked them what are their expectation,concerns and priorities
to make the cleaning process is focus on what matters the most to our costumers besides the regular cleaning process and of course showing them that our work is 100%
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this type of work for quite a while and there is nothing like seeing the difference of before and after which makes me and my team proud but the most important thing is to make sure our customers are happy and satisfy with who they just hired to do the job.
