Better than great! In all my years of dealing with contractors, handymen, and construction firms, none can top this experience. Redon is my guy! From start to finish, he did exactly what was promised—on time and on point. He checked in with me via text every single night after the workday ended, walking me through their process and progress. He wasn't afraid to give sincere, helpful advice on our design flaws, either. Honestly, I have never met anyone like Redon; he is incredibly passionate about his work quality and deeply respectful of his clients. I trust him and his work ethic completely. I had an absolutely disgusting, and very small, basement bathroom, and I also had a very limited budget. Redon was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He replaced the toilet, shower stall, shower head and vent in less than a day at a price that was way lower than other estimates I got. Home Depot delayed the delivery, and Redon let me know right away that he would need to start two days later (which wasn't his fault, and not at all a problem for me). I am so happy with the finished product and I really can't wait to use him again.

RC Handyman was well worth the price and experience. He responded quickly and agreed to meet prior to any work being done to know what I wanted done. He was up front and offered suggestions. One of my closets didn’t have any shelves and he installed 8 and in another closet a top shelf. He also did my bedroom floor tiling which came out beautifully. I will definitely use his services again. I’m very pleased with his work and maintained great communication throughout.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price every job myself always keeping in mind that the pricing reflects the quality of work while also being reasonable enough to keep us going and the costumers happy. We offer a 5% discount for seniors aged 65+.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure to read through the description of the job. Then I message then to set a meeting where I can assess the work needed to be done and suggest the best way to achieve the results wanted. I always make sure that we never steer off the main idea the costumer has of the final project. I follow with a detailed proposal and if we agree on it then we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years of experience with several construction companies focusing on different areas of building. Also I hold a bachelors degree in civil engineering.
