- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price every job myself always keeping in mind that the pricing reflects the quality of work while also being reasonable enough to keep us going and the costumers happy. We offer a 5% discount for seniors aged 65+.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure to read through the description of the job. Then I message then to set a meeting where I can assess the work needed to be done and suggest the best way to achieve the results wanted. I always make sure that we never steer off the main idea the costumer has of the final project. I follow with a detailed proposal and if we agree on it then we start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years of experience with several construction companies focusing on different areas of building. Also I hold a bachelors degree in civil engineering.
