Introduction: How my coaching career started was by chance...someone who I previously worked for (yes, for - not with!) asked me to coach them - not just for business but for personal...and they wanted to pay me! We can read all the books in the world, take all the trainings and seminars, but it is truly being myself, deeply listening, and genuinely believing in people, that my clients find most valuable to them. This experience isn't about me - it's about you. No one wants a coach who drones on about themselves and their specific view of the world. But no one wants just a nodding head either. I like to strike a fine balance. I won't give you answers, because, frankly, I don't have them. YOU are the expert on you. But together we will figure out how you can achieve what you want to achieve - whether it's a tangible goal, more peace of mind, or improving interpersonal relationships.

Our eighteen year old, in his senior year of HS, in the middle of the pandemic, was beginning to show real signs of hopelessness, depression, real insecurity. I knew he needed help. Initially, I began to search for therapists that I thought would be able to help, when I found Christina Lancione's coaching profile. I was inspired. I contacted Christina immediately, and she responded immediately despite the fact that we are in the US and she in Europe. We worked out a plan, our son agreed to give Coaching a try, and it has been fantastic. I can say with out hesitation we saw improvement the very first week. Christina spent a good amount of time, talking to our son, getting to know him, learning his insecurities, contemplating what he might need, what's holding him back...and then she set firm goals for him. Each week, she would give him the confidence he needed to make commitments to goals he was finding impossible to meet. Therapy provides a foundation to understanding yourself, but you don't always need that. Sometimes you just need a coach who can teach you to hold yourself accountable, push through, live...help lift the fear, and self doubt off of you. She has helped our son transition to an independent young man, who is starting to believe life doesn't have to wait for a perfect day. You just get out there. Christina's coaching is genuine. She lives her life as she encourages others. She is living proof of what is possible. We are so happy we found her!!

Working with Christina has been nothing but LIFE CHANGING for me for the better!! She knows exactly how to create such a safe to be able help YOU reach YOUR FULL POTENTIAL AND THEN SOME. She can really help you break down obstacles that you didn't even realize were in the way in such a caring manner! I used to be very skeptical of having a life coach but I am so happy how things have aligned to have her knowledge and support in my life! I would DEFINITELY recommend her for EVERYONE ESPECIALLY if you have a hunger or interest in personal development or even if u just want to set up some good habits. I don't know how she does it, but every session seems like it was more awesome and energizing than the last!

Working with Christina was an absolute pleasure. She is not only one of the most real, straightforward and down to earth humans to speak with, but also has a beautifully caring and receptive nature about her. We spoke mostly regarding a significant life move that wasn't feeling quite so 'right' for me at the time. Through what felt like thousands of tangible pounds of resistance and frustration, tears were shed and solutions were realized. She allowed space for me explain my situation in raw, unfiltered form. As I felt fully seen and heard in the way that I was feeling, she listened intently and asked me thoughtful questions that helped to delve deeper into the roots of the issue. Breaking down different life categories and opening doors of options as to where to go from here felt so liberating and I felt so supported. Even as we parted ways, she left me with tangible 'homework' to keep myself accountable that I must complete within 24 hours of leaving, which I loved. Fast forward 2 months later and my life is in a completely different, more aligned and overall happier space - that I am so grateful to Christina for contributing to this shift. I can confidently say that I would highly recommend Christina a million times over, she is a gem of a soul and anyone would be blessed to connect with her.
