- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set price with a minimum requirement of 2 hours per visit for decluttering and organizing. I also provide regular maintenance at a lower rate which would usually be about an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I want any customer to feel at ease with me and know that I will not judge you. I like to meet with my client/s. Let them show me the area/s they want organized. What their thoughts are about how they would like to see the end result, but most importantly that nothing will be thrown out without their consent. This is your home and you have to be involved in the decision making process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in psychology which gives me insight as to how we process information and how to make others comfortable with the process of decluttering and letting go.
