Ken was amazing! My mother in laws Piano had not been properly maintained in years when it was relocated to our home. I knew it needed to be tuned, but not being a piano player myself, had no idea work needed to get the piano really to be played by my children. Ken did an amazing job and the piano plays beautifully.
