Worked for a good 2 hours on our tuning. Considering it had been almost 10 years since we had one, Ken got it in GREAT shape. Probably go for a second tuning in 3-6 months because it was too much to tighten all at once. Ken was very knowledgeable and also patient in explaining things to us. Very personable and professional and knew his stuff.
