Augustin was extremely responsive when I called for the shower pipe that burst due to the extreme cold. Although he was super busy he came the evening I called, identified where the pipe burst and then took great care of the shower panels we had just had installed less than a year ago to get the pipe fixed. Him and his men took great care to help us repair the damage to the bathroom upstairs and lower bathroom that was damaged due to the water flowing from the burst pipe and both bathrooms are like new and I can’t say enough about their professionalism and care that they took to get this fixed in a timely manner. Job well done!

I received a response within a half an hour with a text and a phone call. He gave me a quote of the phone based on what I told him. He showed up an hour and a half later when he said and completed all the work within 2 hours. More work than expected needed to be done but he was reasonably priced! Will certainly use him again!
