I am an independent IRS Authorized Tax Preparer and e-filer for individuals and businesses. I am registered with IRS for resolving tax issues for past years tax problems and unfiled tax returns. I can also retrieve your IRS wage and income account transcripts if you do not have your income documents. I work very closely with my clients to ensure they get the best attention and results for their tax return and accounting needs. I have been providing high quality services since 1990. My experience has provided me with valuable insight, perspective, and first-hand knowledge to resolve almost any tax reporting issue you may have. The thing that I like most about my job is not only the variety of challenges, but, more than that, the satisfaction that comes from knowing that I can make a positive difference in the personal and business lives of my Clients.

Sue was my savior. I usually fumble through my taxes with an online service but this year I had new business forms and I was in unfamiliar territory . In the midst of finding a tax consultant covid 19 suddenly changed the way of life for a moment. With the stay at home orders I attempted to use the online service again but found myself in a rut. I discovered Sue with SAGE Inc about 10 days before the tax deadline and she was amazing! I explained my situation and she volunteered to come pick up my paperwork. She went through my forms while she was here to make sure she had everything and asked me some questions. We chatted for a bit which made me feel comfortable with her leaving with my stuff. She went above and beyond to figure out a situation from a previous tax year that saved me this year. I never would have discovered that on my own and probably no one else would have cared enough to do the homework. She is very friendly and down to earth. I will definitely use her as long as she is in business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For tasks that are simple, routine, and well defined we offer fixed price quotes. For tasks that are more open-ended and not well undefined, then we will discuss this with our client and come to an agreement of fees prior to doing the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In all cases, it is important to understand the background story of each individual or business seeking services. We ask about the specific details of their needs, and agree on a cost for the service. When the client has presented the information and documents, the info is thoroughly reviewed to ensure whether additional information and documentation is needed to provide the best outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate of Arts degree in Business and Accounting. I am an approved registered PTIN IRS Tax Preparer. I also have been CAF registered with IRS for 20 years which authorizes me to work with IRS issues.
