- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For tasks that are simple, routine, and well defined we offer fixed price quotes. For tasks that are more open-ended and not well undefined, then we will discuss this with our client and come to an agreement of fees prior to doing the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In all cases, it is important to understand the background story of each individual or business seeking services. We ask about the specific details of their needs, and agree on a cost for the service. When the client has presented the information and documents, the info is thoroughly reviewed to ensure whether additional information and documentation is needed to provide the best outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate of Arts degree in Business and Accounting. I am an approved registered PTIN IRS Tax Preparer. I also have been CAF registered with IRS for 20 years which authorizes me to work with IRS issues.
