I forgot the repairman’s name, but he was professional and upfront about the issue with the appliance. Didn’t try to put a bandaid on the issue and just recommended that I get a new one and even gave some good recommendations.

My washing machine was showing an E:15 error code, & would not stop cycling trying to drain. I senr a message via Thumbtack and they responded in MINUTES. They gave me an appointment today, and showed up promptly. Mike, my technician, was SUPER nice and completely diligent and professional. He explained everything he was doing, showing me as he went, and fixed the problem ...then, he pulled the dishwasher out completely to make sure the hose was totally connected and was happy we didn't need to order parts. He worked to save me money and time, and I really appreciate that. This is a very professional and reliable company that understands customer service to a "T". Thank you for helping me so promptly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. I hope I don't need to have my appliances fixed anytime soon, but if I do, I would contact Mike and Renoo in a heartbeat.
