Tim was great! He arrived ahead of schedule (and called first to let me know when he would arrive) and completed the job very quickly. He had read my problem and brought all the parts he needed with him to repair my dishwasher. He also explained why the problem had occurred and showed me some diagnostic tools that the people who installed it never showed me!

Clay was punctual and professional. He educated us about the issue and the steps he would take to remediate it. He also gave us his professional opinion regarding other appliance brands. Moreover, while he was at our home, we asked him to take a look at our dishwasher, which was retaining water in the base. He was able to diagnose that issue as well. I would highly recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism.
