5 Stars! Outstanding service from Mr. Adkins and Bug Bounty Hunters. He arrived promptly, assessed the property, and identified three separate yellow jacket problem areas, including activity in the basement. His knowledge and attention to detail were immediately evident.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, pricing is determined by the amount of beds and boxsprings to be treated, amount of furniture to be treated and level of infestation. Square footage is not a factor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm generally good with new customers. In most cases, its not as bad as they perceive it to be, im normally able to educate the customer on realistic expectations and approximate time frames.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed through the State of Ohio, and i am fully insured. In addition, i have developed effective treatments that work!
