- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer quality parts with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to guarantee against any type of manufacturer defects or technical error. If you experience any sort of manufacturer error or defect, we will replace the part under warranty. * Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover accidental damage to the part or liquid exposure to the part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years experience in hardware repair of mobile devices. Our technicians are ISO certified, and we use OEM and OEM Quality parts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Basic study of Electronics and the desire to understand how devices work by disassembling them, studying them, and re-assembling them. In the world we live in today, our mobile devices have become an intricate part of our lives. We rely on them to communicate with friends, loved ones, and co-workers. They provide much more than the ability to make a simple phone call. We use them for online finance, business, communication, entertainment.
