i hired Brad to fix my computer. th fan was whirring all the time. the noise was terrible. not only did he fix the fan he cleaned up the computer. I couldn't make my printer work. he found an obscure unknown problem with the printer and fixed it. he fixed other things I didn't even remember to tell him about. he was pleasant knowledgeable and would certainly use him again. he discussed all the payment options with me thoroughly beforehand so that I could choose the method I wanted. he will come to your house or arrange for you to bring the computer to him.

Brad was extremely helpful in helping us to identify where our slowing/dropping WiFi issues were coming from, and also suggested an alternate provider to improve the situation. He scheduled with us soon after we contacted him and offered to answer any further questions for us afterward as well. Would definitely recommend.
