Dan responded quickly to my request with same day service; he arrived within the promised time frame, was professional, gave me confidence in ability to handle my BEE problem. He explained what I should expect and gave me a guarantee of returning within 3 days to retreat the affected area.
There was no need for him to return because the bees were totally gone by day number 2. See the before and after photos.
