Erik came in and took care of two jobs we needed done immediately to sell our house. Price was way under what other contractors would charge. Good experience.

We have a 150 year old barn where we have hosted over 650 weddings and receptions. We had one scheduled for Saturday, July 1, 2017. On June 29th we found out our electric was down. We found E.R.I.A. on Thumbtack, and told them we needed our electric fixed on Friday for the wedding and reception on Saturday. They came at 1PM, Friday, and had our problems fixed by 4PM. They were pleasant, friendly, thorough, found the problem, fixed it, made certain everything was in working order, and put everything back in place. They were great. My son and I have a residential design/build company, and we will definitely use them as an electric sub-contractor in the future. E.R.I.A. is a great company, and we recommend them very highly. Eric and Erin are a couple of great, very professional, electricians...and good guys!

This was my first experience with hiring a contractor online. Erik was professional and prompt. His thumbtack quote was $150-$300, which was the same as another in person quote I had received. He arrived a few minutes after 10:00 and assessed the project in person then headed to the store for materials. He returned at 11:30 and began work until about 2:15, then ran out for a few more parts. He wrapped things up at 3:30. To my suprise I was given an invoice for 6 hours of labor at $65 per hour + $82 in materials totaling $472. I'm not sure what I'm more disappointed in, the thumbtack quote being so far off or the fact that I was charged for 6 hours of labor when he truly spent 4 in my home. It is what it is at this point. If you take price/time/quotes out of the equation he still did an excellent job but I don't think I'll be hiring anymore contractors off thumbtack.

Wouldn’t ever give me a quote. Just kept asking when I wanted them to start. A friend took notes during a walk through and he expected that to be enough to get started. I asked 4 different times for a quote. Incredibly unprofessional.

Eric was great to work with, showed up on time, did the work and pricing very reasonable. I will definitely use him again!
