I don’t usually leave reviews, but Tenacious Floors absolutely earned this one. I had some older hardwood floors that had seen better days, and honestly, I wasn’t sure they could ever look good again. Shannon and his team at Tenacious Floors proved me wrong.
From the moment they showed up, they treated me right. They were on time, friendly, hardworking, and easy to talk to. You can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. They walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel like just another job.
When the work was finished, I was blown away. The floors look incredible. They brought out the natural beauty of the wood and made the whole house feel newer and brighter. Friends and family who have stopped by have all commented on how great the floors look.
It’s refreshing to find a local company that still believes in quality workmanship and customer service. If you’re thinking about having your hardwood floors refinished, do yourself a favor and call Shannon and his team at Tenacious Floors. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Shannon and Moe. They did an excellent job on my hardwood floors. I had no idea my floors would look so good once all that old dark stain had been sanded off. Great job Tenacious Floors

Ehen I contacted Tenacious Floors for an estimate, they were available quickly and arrived on time to provide a detailed quote. Unlike other companies that can take weeks to respond, their communication was prompt and efficient.
The team was punctual every day and completed the flooring in my dining room, bedrooms, hallway, and stairs for a great value. Their professionalism and punctuality were extremely impressive. Since they completed this work for me at the end of 2024, I have frequently referred them to several of my buyers and sellers with confidence they will be beyond satisfied!

Love my floors, they were dark and now they are brighter and make the room look bigger. Shannon was great in helping me select a color stain. He pays attention to details and gets the job done!
