I couldn't be more happy with the this service. Arielle responded to me within an hour of reaching out. She has communicated every step of the way. I used several other big corporations to clean and was never happy. They always sent new people each time that would forget things and charge crazy prices. Arielle set up a consultation visit the same week and was able to start cleaning the following week. She communicated both times when she was on her way and showed up when she said she was going to. They walked through each room asking questions and discussing what i wanted in a cleaning. I had an emergency the day of her cleaning and was unable to be home. I was able to text her and she used a spare key to get in. After spending all day in a hospital setting, it was a relief to come to a house that looked and smelled clean. She was even able to take on the hard water stains from the iron in our well water. She checked in with me after to make sure we didnt have any questions or concerns. We cant wait to have her back for the biweekly cleaning.

Incredible!!!! Arielle and Corey got all the cat litter and hair off my floors and I know was not an easy task since I have to long hair cats and I am so happy. They did such an amazing job and they showed up on time and were very quick. They were very nice to my two babies. I loved the price. The value for how well they cleaned, is unmatched. The price was amazing for how well they did. I love my clean home. I work in a hospital with long hours and it is so hard to clean my own space after working for so many hours. I get to come home to a clean space now.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based on the square footage of the home, the type of cleaning requested, and the time and resources required to complete the job. Larger spaces and more detailed cleanings (such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out services) typically require additional time and resources which are reflected in the total cost. This approach ensures each client receives a fair, customized rate based on the unique needs of their home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a conversation with them to uncover their expectations, special requests, and the overall plan of attack if you will. We also like to ask the customer what they need from us so they can kick their feet up and relax. A customer should be able to relax and leave the hard work to us 😁
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning friends/relatives houses for years. I also have a fiancée and 15 year old son. Let’s be honest living with two men and keeping the house clean is a full time job in itself!
