Introduction: Motivation on the road to self-discipline!
I’m a retired Command Master Chief with 30 years of training experience. In the Navy I served as a Senior Enlisted Leader for seven commands—to include running the Navy’s only bootcamp. I deployed 10 times and served all over the world. When we work together, I will bring all of my experience to the table to help you pursue your goals.
Together, we can strive to change your life for the better by stacking good habits and staying focused on your goals by being brilliant on the basics of physical fitness—training, nutrition, mindset, and rest. If your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, train for a specific sporting event or just change your lifestyle, I will provide the expertise and experience to guide you on your journey… and we will have fun along the way!
We will work as a team to create personalized, easy-to-follow fitness plans based on your unique goals and health considerations. We will work together in-person in my private home gym (over 1200 square feet of fitness equipment and space to fit your needs).

Single session prices are as listed.
Monthly packages start at $360 for 8 sessions ($45 per session) meeting twice a week.
*Deeper discounts available for more sessions per week.
Couples/Group Training- add an additional $20 per person per session.
