Southern Sky Realty charges as follows: $75/ single family home $120/ duplex $50/ unit for 3+ 10 + single family units under management reduces per property fee to $55/ unit. Leasing fee (tenant placement) - equal to the first months rent Account Set Up Fee $125 (one time) Lease Renewal Fee $150 Eviction fee (1st Cause) $395/ $125 if dismissed before court Bill Payment Fee $15/ bill Site Visit Fee $75 Onboarding Fee (when leases/keys/tenant information is not provided by owner or previous management company)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tend to work very closely with our owners through the initial phase of our relationship. Vanessa makes herself directly available to answer questions and explain processes. Different owners have different levels of comfort with how involved they are with their investment property, and what we do is work with someone for as long and as closely as they need us to until they are fully comfortable.
