- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a thorough roof inspection to assess the condition of your roof and identify any issues. After the inspection, we provide a detailed, transparent estimate and follow up as needed to answer questions or review options. If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a meeting to review and confirm all project details, help you select colors and materials, and set a project date that works for you. From start to finish, we keep communication clear and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a GAF Master Elite® contractor, a designation held by only a small percentage of roofing contractors nationwide. Our team completes ongoing training through GAF, ensuring we stay up to date on the latest roofing systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices. This training allows us to deliver high-quality workmanship and offer enhanced manufacturer warranties to our customers.
