- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees or surprises. An hourly rate with a 1-hour minimum, and all tools are already in the car, so there's never an extra charge for equipment. Most TV mounts are done in under an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every appointment gets a confirmation the night before and a text when on the way. Once on-site, the job gets assessed quickly; you'll know exactly what's happening before anything starts, and everything gets done cleanly and efficiently. The job isn't done until you're completely happy with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of hands-on experience in skilled home repair and installation work across nearly every trade. Previously held an Ohio electrical license and bring a broad background that covers most things a home can throw at you.
