- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is around the average for the area, but can be negotiable. Travel is a factor. Cancellation policies are in place. If a student cancels, a make-up class must be done within a month or the student owes the payment for the class. If the student does not wish to do a make-up class, I charge 30% of the class fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to first establish a rapport, and learn their goals and expectations. From there I create custom plans for each individual I instruct.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 200hr certified yoga instructor, have taken multiple anatomy and physiology courses, and have had experience in personal training. I also have a strong background in competitive gymnastics and rock climbing.
