Samantha seemed very nice at first, but on the day of our appointment, after I gave her my address, she pushed the time back several times then canceled and immediately blocked my phone number. She made no attempt to reschedule or to apologize for blowing me off. She did say sorry for any inconvenience, but it seemed very insincere and impersonal given her other actions. I can't speak to her or her husbands skills as cleaners, but I definitely wouldn't recommend giving them your address or counting on them to show up for an appointment.

Sean, I want to apologize for my wife’s decision regarding your account. My wife was unsure of your intentions and did not want to put herself in harms way. At the time there were a lot of people using the internet to harm females. Since we were a very young company at the time she did not have the skills in place to deal with a potential problem. We apologize for her actions and hope you understand.

We hired them to clean our offices on a weekly basis. The first Monday that we came into work we immediately noticed how clean the offices were. They've been with us about a month and other than the nice clean feeling on Monday mornings, we don't even notice that they were here.
