- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide excellent service for a reasonable price. I provide both basic and deep clean. The first time is bit more with a deep/basic clean. I like to keep the price consistent in the basic clean. The more it is clean the cheaper it would be because of the dirt and dust is kept up with on a consistent basis. I charge 70 to 120 depending on the square footage and the details of the clean. Normally a clean can cost roughly between 70 to 90. I look at it with bathrooms. Bathrooms can always help in determining the price. One to two is 70.00. 2.5 to 3 is 75.00 and more than that can be 90.00. It all depends on the needs of the client and everyone has different needs. I work with the client to provide excellent and consistent service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would require that the client communicates his or her needs and lets me know in the beginning if they have special requests on their counter tops and/or floors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters in Counseling and Licensed. It helps with special needs clients and listening and serving others who might be struggling with depression, anxiety, or hoarding. It takes patience, tenacity, and compassion.
