I recently hired this house cleaner for a one-time deep cleaning, and I was very impressed with the results. They arrived on time, brought their own supplies, and were incredibly thorough with their work. The cleaner paid attention to detail, ensuring everything was spotless, from the floors to the hard-to-reach corners. Communication was smooth, and they were respectful of my space and belongings. Even with it being a one-time service, they went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely consider hiring them again in the future!

I had the pleasure of having Kaila, clean my one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment on 9/27/2024 for the first time. She pays attention to detail and does not cut corners on her cleaning! She will go above and beyond what is expected for her customers. I am very picky and she exceeded what I expected for a first-time clean! I will continue to use her going forward!

Kaila was to come for a second scheduled visit on 10/15/2024. She called to let me know her car "broke down" and she will be able to get a friend's car, well that never happened just a lot of run around all thinking she would come. And of course, Like I thought she never made it. Then she set our clean for 10/22/2024 again never showed up or called to let me know she was not coming. I tried calling her and of course, she said her phone was broken and she could not get calls or texts, when she knew she had blocked my number, sending my calls straight to voice mail but I have two phones and the other one rang I just did not get an answer. This mess goes on and on. I am Tired of trying to repeat the deceit that she has said to me!!! I would not recommend her to anyone she is deceitful and not honest in her words!!! I even told her if you don't want to clean my 1bed room 1 bath very organized clean apartment, say that and let's call it done. But no she continued to lead me to believe she was coming.
Something is seriously wrong with this picture. This is not the same person that I met going in, troublesome!

Overall, Kaila was great to work with. She completed my move-out cleaning at a price I could afford and was very communicative. Areas to improve would be offering official quotes including information on what is included and what is not. There were a few things I thought would be included in the cleaning but were not. I believe a thorough quote would help with this. It is also on me that I assumed those things and didn't ask. Overall, great job and price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard cleaning and our deep cleaning are two different price levels. We do have an additional fee if the home has pets, which means we take on another approach while cleaning for the safety of your animal and to not spread its dander through the home to assure a good cleaning!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not too much! We go over needs, I request any allergens to cleaners, I get a run down of pets if any in home, we set a day and time and you get the clean you’ve been waiting for!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in end of life care, plasma centers, and home care management! All of these need a good thorough cleaning quite frequently.
