Had some land cleared to make way for parking. After they began it was discovered there was unknown foundation buried underneath which needed removed to have proper grade. They explained in detail what would need to happen and the additional time it would take. There was also a tree that needed removed. It was growing up between overhead power lines. They contacted the electric company and worked with them to move the line long enough to get the tree out. They were very reasonably priced, punctual and finished the job early despite finding the underground foundation. Would recommend to family and friends.
