What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date annually on current tax law and changes as well as staying current on technology and software updates.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Although I believe I am able to provide the best service for the price, please do not just use price as a deciding factor for not only your tax preparation, but anything you take the time to research. Take the time to make a phone and chat briefly with your preparer to ensure you feel comfortable with them. If your actual preparer is unable to take the three minutes for a brief discussion to introduce themselves to you, how much time and care will they really provide to you?
