- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will be fairly quoted a flat rate price based on the information given and is subject to change depending the clients needs for additional services. We are usually at a wedding for six hours and offer flat rate pricing for all of our events. We do not quote events with less than a two hour minimum Monday - Thursday and a 3 hour minimum for weekend rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer for the client to call us direct then we will draw up a contract and invoice for payment. We do require a $200 non-refundable deposit/retainer. If the event is far enough in advance, we will be more than happy to set up a monthly payment arrangements so having a photo booth is affordable for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We am constantly researching the industry and know what will be done prior to arriving to your event.
