I recommend Leading Edge Home Inspections to anyone in need of an inspection. Matt was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable/skilled. We needed an inspection to determine the validity of a tenant's issue with plumbing. Matt responded rapidly. He tailored the inspection to investigate the issue. He dealt tactfully with the tenant. He provided the report that both we, as owners, and the tenant needed. We were very impressed and would recommend him unreservedly to others and will engage his services in the future.

Matt did a great job with this inspection and the report he provided was very insightful. As a first-time home buyer, I was worried about potential issues that may arise. Matt came out to my house on a short notice and did a great, detailed home inspection. His communication is above the rest. Even though we pleased with some of the items he came up with, we were glad to get it out in front of us to help us negotiate.
