Communication and professionalism is outstanding. Ed spent the day with us walking through all our units, talking with tenants, evaluating the condition and writing up a list of issues that he followed up on immediately for us. As a long-distance owners, Ed and staff took the time to meet with us when we flew into town. Prior to our visit, he and his staff responded quickly and took over a nightmare situation with my previous propertymanagement which treated the owners and tenants as a annoyance and our rents as a cash flow for their repair services which charged for every service call and rarely fixed anything. I am looking forward to a good long-term business partnership with REDS that includes us as part of decision-making team on our rentals. Highly recommend his services.

Ed and Reds PropertyManagement were EXCELLENT! We lived out state and had a condo that we not only needed to sell but was occupied by a tenant. Ed worked closely with the tenant and my husband and I to arrange showings, repairs and anything we needed. He responded to calls and emails quickly and has the patience of a God. We couldn't have done a better job with things if we'd done it ourselves. In the end, not only did Ed sell our condo, but he was able to make it a smooth transition for everyone involved. I have two properties that are managed for me a duplex and a four unit. I am out of town and needed someone trustworthy and experienced. Ed and his team came through for me, on short notice, with excellent rates and professionalism.
Highlights for me:
1. Always calls me back or replies within a day. (Usually within a hour or two)
2. The quality of service and professionalism.
3. If there is an issue he takes ownership and corrects the issues quickly.
Superb- would highly recommend.

As real estate agents/brokers we are required by law to have 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. I love helping others enjoy the American dream.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are very efficient in getting units ready for rent and getting a tenant in place. The last thing we want is for a unit to be vacant. We are paid a % of the rent so if no rent is coming in we are not getting be paid.
