- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very simple, I charge for the materials which I have to use in order to assist you, and add the labor on top of that. If no work was done I charge a minimum fee of 25$ per consult.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is as follows, I make sure I have the best description possible of the requested service. Once I have the information I need I am able to determine the expected time necessary for the work. I check my storage on a daily basis and always prepared for most types of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before moving to Cleveland I have worked as a handyman for three years. I took some advanced classes.
