- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a lot of questions. Make sure you are clear on what your expectations are and what you need done. It's always very helpful to make a list for the cleaners and explain things as you walk them through your home. Also, do your research. Get someone who is licensed with your state and carries insurance. This gives them credibility. Though hiring one person may be nice or less expensive, it comes with many risks such as, you have no background information on them. Always look for reviews and ask about their background screening process.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Our jobs are difficult and physically demanding. We wish our customers knew how much their thank yous mean to us. Getting a paycheck is nice, but feeling like you made a difference for someone is so much more rewarding.
